Description
What you'll be doing
Deeply understanding a client's domain and debating with the client's expert on equal terms.
Identifying the most important aspects and acting on them quickly.
Writing code together with LLMs, setting up environments, and distributing mobile builds.
Communicating with clients, iterating based on real-world testing.
Managing the entire project lifecycle: from "what problem are we solving" to "it's live in production."
What we're looking for
Product thinking is key. You turn vague requests like "we need to improve this" into concrete tasks with clear success metrics.
LLMs are your primary tool. You're already building functional solutions with them and are adept at identifying their limitations.
Autonomy. You can take a task without a step-by-step plan and break it down into manageable parts.
Willingness to dive deep. A single, in-depth project resulting in a tangible outcome is more valuable to you than ten superficial ones. Experience in complex B2B and enterprise environments is a plus.
0 to 1 experience. You've launched products from scratch with live users, whether your own or within a company.
Strong communication skills. You can lead conversations with clients, aren't afraid to discuss finances (morning money, afternoon chairs – if you know, you know), conduct interviews, and close deals. After your conversations, stakeholders have clarity and a defined next step.
Desire to grow into a partner. You're interested in taking responsibility first for a project, then for a client, and ultimately for the company.
