SMM Manager / Personal Brand Development Manager

Responsibilities — Develop content strategy and content plans for social networks; — Write posts, Reels scripts, Stories, and expert materials; — Organize photo/video shoots and coordinate contractor work; — Interact with the marketing and SMM teams of the entrepreneur's brands; — Propose collaborations, interviews, and joint projects; — Analyze content effectiveness, reach, and engagement.

Requirements — SMM experience of 3+ years; — Experience in promoting personal brands and public figures will be an advantage; — Ability to independently develop strategies and create content; — Proficient written Russian and understanding of social media formats; — Organized, proactive, and communicative; — Skills in interacting with teams and contractors.
