We are looking for a specialist at the intersection of systems analysis, AI/Data, integrations, and implementation.

We don't need an analyst who only gathers requirements and writes documentation, nor a developer who is given a fully formulated task.

In this role, you will independently delve into business processes, identify areas for automation and application of AI/Data solutions, design the future system, and, together with the team, bring it to a working production solution.

What you will be doing

— Communicating with business clients and users, identifying real problems, and translating them into technical tasks.

— Conducting discovery and analyzing AS-IS / TO-BE processes.

— Formalizing requirements for internal services, AI/Data solutions, CRM, BI, and integrations.

— Describing Technical Specifications and functional requirements, User Stories, BPMN, CJM, sequence diagrams, and acceptance criteria.

— Developing data requirements: defining sources, necessary fields, calculation rules, update frequency, and quality checks.

— Working with SQL and data to test hypotheses, reconcile results, and analyze solution performance.

— Designing and describing integrations via REST API, webhooks, and external services; working with Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI.

— Forming and maintaining an initiative backlog, decomposing solutions into development tasks, and defining priorities.

— Interacting with developers, analysts, and other team members throughout the entire implementation cycle.

— Conducting functional testing, accepting implemented tasks, and supporting the deployment.

— Participating in the launch of AI/Data projects: scoring, forecasting, analytics, process automation, LLM/AI assistants, and other applied solutions.

— Evaluating not only the technical result but also the business impact of the solution: reduction of manual labor, process speed, work quality, conversion, retention, and other product metrics.

What is important to us

At least 4 years of experience as a systems analyst, solution engineer, technical analyst, or implementation specialist.

Experience in independently managing complex tasks from discovery and requirements gathering to implementing a solution in production.

Ability to work with ambiguous business tasks where a ready-made technical specification is not initially available.

Good understanding of integrations and client-server interaction.

Practical experience with REST API, webhooks, JSON, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI.

Proficient SQL and understanding of data handling principles.

Experience in describing AS-IS / TO-BE, BPMN, User Stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.

Experience with Jira / Confluence or similar tools.

Ability to communicate with both business stakeholders and executives, as well as technical specialists.

Ability to independently structure a problem, propose solutions, and drive agreements to fruition.

Will be a big plus

Experience implementing AI/ML/LLM projects in production.

Experience with CRM, BI, Data platforms, or automation systems.

Familiarity with Kafka and event-driven integrations.

Experience with n8n or other automation/low-code tools.

Familiarity with Python.

Experience with Superset, ELK, Trino, or similar tools.

Experience interacting with ML/Data Science teams.

Experience with projects where a specific measurable effect can be demonstrated after implementation.
