Product Analyst or Product Manager

My friend is launching a fintech project in Switzerland and they are looking for people to join the team.

A product for people who live and earn between countries: work in one, pay taxes in another, keep accounts in a third. For them, regular banking turns into a daily hassle with exchange rates, commissions, and transfer times. The project is currently in the research phase, meaning product decisions are being made right now.

They are looking for a Product Analyst or Product Manager who will:

— analyze the market and competitors: Revolut, Wise, Swiss neobanks; — conduct interviews with future clients and find their real pain points; — build an MVP and calculate its economics.

What's important: — experience in fintech, banking, or a payment service; — skilled in both data analysis and live interviews; — working English proficiency, German will be a big plus; — wants to build from scratch, not support something existing.

Conditions: official employment through a company in Kazakhstan, remote. Starting in Switzerland, with further development into EU markets.

Compensation is discussed personally, depending on experience and format of participation.
