We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager

About Zorion Zorion is a global, Asia-first fintech wallet that provides users with a USD account, cards and an Earn product. We're a funded early-stage startup.

The role You'll own the marketing function end to end, from strategy to execution. It's a hands-on role for a data-driven marketer accountable for retention and growth results. You'll work directly with the CEO.

▪️What you'll do ▫️Build and execute the marketing strategy ▫️Drive user retention and re-engagement ▫️Attract new users globally through paid social, KOLs and partnerships ▫️Run our social media to grow and engage the audience ▫️Lead the launch of new products and features

▪️What we're looking for ▫️3+ years in growth and retention marketing in fintech or crypto ▫️Track record of scaling user growth ▫️Proven experience improving user retention ▫️Hands-on experience across paid social, KOLs and partnerships ▫️Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset ▫️Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup

▪️Nice to have ▫️Experience as a solo or first marketer at a startup ▫️Advanced use of AI tools to scale content, campaigns and analytics ▫️Experience running campaigns across multiple markets
