Createx is a product company with a portfolio of 20+ mobile apps in the Health & Fitness, Lifestyle, and AI niches. We create our own products for an international audience and are looking for specialists who want to influence results, grow with the team, and launch in-demand services.
Due to team expansion, we are looking for a UX/UI Designer (Web).
Responsibilities
- Designing web funnels of various formats: landing pages, one-pagers, quizzes, onboarding flows, paywalls, etc.
- Creating intuitive and "selling" designs that communicate product value and lead to purchase.
- Competitor analysis: identifying strong solutions and adapting them for our products.
- Generating and testing hypotheses (A/B tests).
- Working with texts and offers (microcopy, headlines, on-screen text).
- Maintaining the UI kit and interface quality.
- Utilizing AI tools to accelerate work.
- Collaborating with the product and development teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Web Design.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Understanding of UX and the impact of design on metrics.
- Ability to "sell" through the interface (visuals + texts).
- Experience using AI in your work.
- Knowledge of Apple Guidelines.
- Portfolio with completed projects (Health / Utility) — please attach in your cover letter.
- Willingness to complete a test assignment.
- Readiness for office-based work (Minsk).
Will be a plus:
- Animation skills (After Effects).
