Seeking a Senior Flutter Developer for the Jana Post team

Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial Flutter development experience, 6+ years of overall mobile development experience;
- Excellent knowledge of Dart and Flutter SDK;
- Deep understanding of the Flutter application and widget lifecycle;
- Experience in developing and maintaining large production applications for iOS and Android;
- Good understanding of architectural approaches: Clean Architecture, MVVM, BLoC/Cubit;
- Experience with state management: BLoC/Cubit, Riverpod, or Provider;
- Confident work with REST API, JSON, WebSocket;
- Experience implementing authorization, refresh tokens, interceptors, retry mechanisms;
- Experience with local data storage: SQLite, Drift, Hive, SharedPreferences/Secure Storage;
- Understanding of multithreading, async/await, isolates, streams;
- Experience optimizing Flutter application performance: rendering, memory, startup time, network calls;
- Ability to find and fix memory leaks, UI freezes, and performance bottlenecks;
- Experience writing unit, widget, and integration tests;
- Experience setting up CI/CD for mobile applications;
- Practical experience publishing applications in the App Store and Google Play;
- Understanding of code signing processes, certificates, provisioning profiles, build flavors;
- Experience with Firebase: Crashlytics, Analytics, FCM, Remote Config;
- Experience integrating native SDKs and writing Platform Channels for Android/iOS;
- Basic understanding of Kotlin/Java and Swift for working with the native part of the application;
- Good knowledge of Git and team development: pull requests, code review, branching strategy;
- Understanding of SOLID, DRY, KISS principles and the ability to apply them in practice;
- Experience conducting code reviews and establishing team engineering standards;
- Ability to make architectural decisions and justify the chosen approach;
- Experience in decomposing and estimating technically complex tasks;
- Experience mentoring Middle/Junior developers;
- Ability to independently troubleshoot complex production issues;
- Understanding of mobile application security requirements: secure token storage, SSL/TLS, sensitive data protection;
- Experience working in a product team with Backend, QA, DevOps, analysts, and designers.
