Head of System Analysis Department

IT-Element29 is an accredited IT company, part of a large mining and metallurgical holding. We develop and implement solutions for automating business processes in industrial enterprises and support their infrastructure.

You will be part of a large-scale and exciting project on Digital Performance Management in enterprises, where a team of business/system analysts is engaged in automating the Company's reporting.

Tasks to be solved: • Development and management of a team of system analysts (up to 8 people) • Resource allocation, monitoring of deadlines and quality of work performed • Optimization of existing processes, participation in the department's development strategy • Onboarding and development of line specialists • Presentation of performance results at reporting meetings with management

Our expectations from you: • Higher education (technical) • Experience as Head of System Analysis Department • Ability to understand the company's business processes from the perspective of working with data • Experience interacting with specialists of various profiles: business, production, IT • Proficient knowledge of SQL in practice • Experience with DWH • Business communication skills, presentation skills, as well as preparation of analytical and training materials, project documentation
