Responsibilities:
- Layout of a new print issue of PURPLEHAZE Magazine
- Working with fashion editorials, artist features, interviews, advertising pages, and journal service sections
- Preparing files for professional printing
- Collaborating with the editor-in-chief on the final visual appearance of each spread
Requirements:
- Experience as a graphic designer for 2–3 years
- Proven experience with magazines, books, or other print publications is mandatory
- Excellent command of Adobe InDesign
- Confident command of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Understanding of modern editorial layout principles
- Experience preparing files for professional printing
- Ability to meet deadlines and independently organize the workflow
- Portfolio with projects on magazine, book, or other print layout
- Experience with editorial publications will be a significant advantage
