Foxford is a product Edtech company. We have over 10 million users on the platform and already 1300 employees. Based on the results of 2024 and 2025, we are the largest EdTech company in Russia in the children's segment by sales volume (according to the main industry ranking SmartRanking). We create products for schoolchildren of all ages, parents, and teachers, and conduct classes on our own interactive platform.

👻 About the team and tech stack

The platform consists of various applications and services, including real-time webinars, personal classes, chat, a video and content distribution system, interactive whiteboards, presentations, polls, and other interactive components that provide educational content and an engaging experience.

Foxford's development team includes over 70 people (BE, FE, QA, DevOps), mostly middle and senior level. We are divided into 7 small teams, each working on a specific product. In addition to developers and QA, each team includes a product manager, analyst, and product designer. This structure allows developers to be as close as possible to the business and product team – not just doing tasks from Jira, but fully participating in solving business problems. For example, sometimes we can suggest a solution without a single line of code, so this vacancy will suit those who want more involvement in business and decision-making.

We are currently looking for a frontend developer at the middle/middle+ level.

🛠 Key Tasks

develop product tasks and implement effective technical solutions – write high-quality, secure, and tested code;
monitor the metrics of the client application’s performance – FCP, LCP, CLS, and others;
conduct code reviews, participate in technical discussions, and share expertise with the team.

⭐️ What we are looking for in a candidate

knowledge of JavaScript ES6 and above;
2+ years of experience with React, TypeScript;
experience with Effector will be a big plus;
interest in the user product flow and a desire to make it even simpler and more convenient;
a reasonable approach to developing the project’s codebase: not overcomplicating code where it's not needed, striving for order and improvement;
understanding when introducing a new library or approach will bring benefit, and when it will only require extra effort.
