We are LENKEP – a recruitment agency with over 7 years of experience in selecting specialists across various fields, including iGaming, Fintech, Crypto, Gamedev, and mobile development. We manage a network of Telegram recruiter contact, scale the brand's media presence, and are now strengthening our team and looking for a PR Manager who will take over media activities and work in conjunction with the marketing department and the Telegram channel department.
Responsibilities:
🌸Monitor brand mentions and manage reputation: reviews, prompt reaction to negative feedback, monitoring news and trends; 🌸Prepare press releases and communicate with media, influencers, and partners – negotiate publications, interviews, placements, and collaborations with brands and projects; 🌸Organize external production: shoots, photos, videos, special projects with contractors; 🌸Organize events – presentations, events, offline and online activities; 🌸Launch end-to-end voice chats in our Telegram recruiter contact (iGaming and IT, on average 3–4 broadcasts per month): gather and communicate with speakers, schedule broadcasts, prepare questions and interviewer briefs, approvals; 🌸Prepare announcements and promotions for voice chats, handle their PR within the allocated budget; 🌸Conduct broadcasts and prepare informational posts based on the results.
Requirements:
💦1+ year of experience in iGaming, High-risk, or Affiliate sectors; 💦Understanding of the industry's specifics and its key players; 💦Portfolio of cases and examples of work with measurable results – mandatory; 💦Strong communication skills, ability to negotiate and build long-term relationships with media, influencers, and contractors; 💦Ability to adapt to the USP of the company and brands; 💦Proactiveness, initiative, and responsibility for results.
Will be a plus:
💦Experience in organizing offline and online events; 💦Experience working with Telegram recruiter contact as a media platform; 💦Existing contact base in the iGaming/IT media and influencer segment.
