An international company developing reliable and up-to-date IT solutions for the b2c and b2b segments in the iGaming industry is looking for a Technical Writer!

⌨️ Tasks: • Compilation and updating of technical and user documentation for the company's internal products • Independent discovery: studying the product, interacting with stakeholders to gather information • Developing documentation structure from scratch • Maintaining and updating the knowledge base in Confluence • Preparing reports, documents, and presentations for internal and external use • Integrating into the development cycle — timely updating of documentation when product changes occur

⭐️ Experience Expectations: • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer in product development • Knowledge of the software development life cycle and the list of necessary documents at each stage • Experience documenting APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL), knowledge of standards and best practices • Experience with Swagger, Postman tools • Knowledge of international standards for software product documentation (ISO/IEC/IEEE) and the ability to adapt them to the specifics of the team and product • Proficiency in tools for creating diagrams and understanding the principles of building Activity, Sequence, Deployment, ER diagrams, and other types of visualizations • Experience documenting processes and developing BPMN diagrams • Experience with documentation management systems (Confluence, Notion, GitBook)
