We are looking for an engineer to support the daily operation of the product and manage incidents in a mining platform. Work remotely, hybrid, or in the office, preferably in the EU. Salary from 1500 to 5000 euros per month (net).

Remote/hybrid/office, EU preferred
Mining platform: ASICs, Stratum proxy, Miner Agent, event processing and analytics, client websites, accruals and payment services.
— Maintain Linux, Kubernetes, and services across multiple sites and environments.
— Ensure the availability of the ASIC → Miner Agent / gateway / Stratum → upstream path. Troubleshoot TCP session interruptions, authorization errors, rejected shares, and reduced effective hashrate.
— Operate PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and background workers.
— Support GitLab CI/CD, builds, migrations, and secure rollbacks.
— Maintain network, DNS, load balancing, VPN, TLS / mTLS, monitoring, and alerts.
— Verify backup and restore, manage incidents and operational instructions.
— 5+ years in DevOps / SRE / operations, personal responsibility for production and resolving critical incidents.
— Confident diagnostics of Linux, Kubernetes, and networks, experience with long-lived TCP sessions.
— Practical experience operating databases and queues: replication, lag, locking, disks, redelivery, and deduplication.
— Real backup / restore experience, understanding of RPO / RTO.
— Git, Docker / OCI, Ansible, Bash, and Python, Prometheus / Grafana, and centralized logging.
— Independence in diagnostics, carefulness with access, data, and financial operations.
— Technical English and clear written communication in Russian.
— Experience with ASICs and Stratum V1, RKE2, Cilium / Calico, CloudNativePG, Kafka and ClickHouse operators, bare metal, and multiple cloud providers (advantage).
— Prior mining experience is an advantage; willingness to learn the protocol is mandatory.
