VP / Investment Director, M&A (Oil & Gas)

We are looking for a VP / Investment Director to strengthen its M&A execution capabilities, with a focus on Oil & Gas transactions across the CIS.

The role involves leading transactions across all stages of the deal cycle, from preparation of materials through execution and closing. The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of key workstreams, maintain high analytical standards, and coordinate effectively with senior stakeholders, clients, and external advisors.
