🚀 We are looking for a Technical Owner/Lead Developer
We are looking for a strong Backend/Fullstack developer (Middle+/Senior) who can take ownership of the technical side of the media buying team. ** What you will do:** • Support and development of infrastructure (servers, databases, DNS, SSL, monitoring, backups) • Integration of trackers, analytics, partner and advertising systems • Development of internal services and automations for media buying • Creation of ERP, dashboards, and AI tools for the team • Gradual building of a small technical team (1–2 people)
What is important: • Solid Python skills • Experience in Backend / Fullstack development • Basic DevOps (Linux, Docker, infrastructure) • Active use of Claude Code, ChatGPT, and other AI tools • Systems thinking, independence, and ownership
Format and schedule • Fully remote work. • Schedule 5/2, 8 hours (GMT+3). • Rare urgent tasks may be required. • Fixed rate, payment in USDT.
