🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering and packaging ideas into full-fledged projects in line with business strategy.
- Comprehensive analysis: gathering requirements, assessing resources, risks, and architectural capabilities.
- Team management: leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and focus on results.
- Deadline control and timely achievement of set goals.
- Working with top management: preparing pitches, presentations, and status reports for the Board of Directors.
- Transparent communication: informing stakeholders about progress, risks, and agreements.
⚡️ Our expectations from the candidate:
- From 4 years of experience in managing complex analytical or technological IT projects (from start to release).
- Confident work in conditions of uncertainty: ability to independently structure tasks and processes.
- Technical background: understanding the basics of IT landscape construction and experience in process mapping.
- Critical thinking: ability to see a problem from different angles, filter out secondary issues, and highlight the main points.
- Strong communication skills: ability to translate complex technical terms into simple business language.
- Risk management: skill in developing and minimizing potential project threats.
