📈 Responsibilities: • Attracting players to online casinos (web and mobile web), priority RU and CIS. • Sources: TikTok Ads, Telegram (Ads and placements in channels), advertising networks / DSP, direct placements. • Tests from hypothesis to decision: scale or stop. • Together with analytics, monitor player quality: CPA FTD, Reg2Dep, repeat deposits, LTV, fraud and bonus abuse. • Check tracking before launch and maintain regular reporting with conclusions and next steps.

✅ What's important to us: • 2+ years in media buying, including at least 1 year in iGaming. Personal online casino buying experience is required. • Results in at least one of the following areas: TikTok Ads, Telegram Ads, or networks / DSP. • Recent cases (3-6 months): source, GEO, budget, CPA FTD, result (can be anonymized). • Keitaro / Binom, Google Sheets / Excel, GA4 / Yandex.Metrika, UTM, click ID, pixels. • Fluent Russian, English from B1.
