UX/UI Designer

Vacancy, Moscow, remote work possible, employment at MPGO company.

Salary from 70,000 to 80,000 ₽. Work location — Moscow, remote work possible.

Responsibilities:

— Develop UX/UI concepts and mockups for digital products and websites;

— Design user scenarios, interface structure, and logic;

— Prepare and adapt mockups for different devices and resolutions;

— Justify design decisions and present concepts to teams and stakeholders;

— Hand over finalized mockups to frontend developers and review implemented interfaces;

— Update mockups and existing websites when functionality changes;

— Conduct user experience analysis and propose improvements based on it;

— Develop materials for commercial proposals, presentations, flyers, stands, and merchandise.

What's important:

— Experience as a UX/UI designer;

— Understanding of UX and UI principles;

— Ability to independently go through the entire process from task and concept to a finished mockup;

— Understanding of adaptive layout specifics and interaction with frontend developers;

— Ability to argue for your design decisions;

— Attention to detail and a systematic approach;

— Proficient in Figma;

— Experience in preparing presentations, commercial proposals, and print materials;

— Adobe Illustrator.

Will be a plus:

— Experience with IT products and SaaS;

— Experience in conducting UX analytics and user experience research;

— Understanding of frontend development sufficient for effective collaboration with developers;

— Experience with design systems;

— Experience using AI.
