Our challenge today is to create the most advanced digital bank in Uzbekistan. We are looking for a Senior System Administrator.

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Operation of enterprise infrastructure (servers, storage, networks, virtualization); • Support, configuration, and development of virtual infrastructure based on VMware vSphere (ESXi / vCenter); • Work with corporate storage systems (SAN / NAS, Fibre Channel / iSCSI), ensuring availability, redundancy, and performance; • Administration of server operating systems (Linux / Windows Server); • Backup monitoring, development of disaster recovery (DR) plans, and regular recovery tests (Veeam B&R); • Administration of VDI — virtual desktop infrastructure (Omnissa Horizon); • Proactive system monitoring, log collection and analysis, troubleshooting of incidents and bottlenecks; • Maintaining up-to-date technical documentation, architectural diagrams, regulations, and standards.

REQUIREMENTS: • In-depth knowledge of Linux server OS Ubuntu/Debian, RHEL/Rocky/Oracle Linux; • Practical experience in administration, sizing, and troubleshooting of VMware virtualization platforms; • Deep understanding of VDI Omnissa Horizon infrastructure; • Experience with enterprise-level storage systems (block, object, and file access, SAN fabric design); • Skills in information security (access management, update control, OS hardening); • English language proficiency at the level of reading technical documentation without a translator.

WILL BE A PLUS: • Experience with containerization (Docker, Docker Compose); • Experience in automating routine tasks and implementing IaC methodology (Ansible, Terraform, Terragrunt, Bash / Python scripting); • Experience with alternative virtualization systems (Proxmox VE, etc.); • Experience with cloud or hybrid architectures; • Experience in designing and building highly fault-tolerant solutions (HA / DR); • Possession of relevant industry certifications (VMware VCP/VCAP, Red Hat RHCE).
