**Senior Data Scientist (GenAI/NLP) — Compliance & Supply Chain **🇦🇪🤖

Relocation to Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite). Format: Full-time (state-level project). Language: English (B2+ and higher). Start: ASAP. Relocation: Full support for moving. Minimum first 6 months working on-site (Onsite), then hybrid or remote is possible upon agreement.

🚀 About the project: Development of industrial-level AI solutions for compliance automation, supply chain risk analysis, and expenditure analytics. Work is conducted in a strictly regulated environment with a focus on extracting insights from complex regulatory and technical texts.

🛠 Tech Stack: Languages: Python. ML Stack: PyTorch / TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy. NLP & GenAI: Transformers, LLM (fine-tuning, prompting, evaluation). Search & Retrieval: RAG pipelines, Information Retrieval (IR).

📋 Responsibilities: — Creation of LLM and NLP solutions for processing and structuring complex technical and regulatory documentation. — Development and optimization of RAG pipelines for working with vast document repositories. — Creation of models for forecasting, classification, and risk scoring. — Deployment of models into production (integration via API) ensuring high reliability and passing QA cycles.

🎯 Requirements (Must-have): — 5+ years of experience in Data Science / ML with successful cases of deploying models into production. — Deep knowledge of Python and the standard ML stack. — Practical experience with Transformers and modern LLMs (from prompt engineering to fine-tuning). — Experience implementing RAG systems and structured data extraction methods. — Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi and undergo strict security screening.
