CMA — Software Developer (Oracle / PostgreSQL)

🌍 Format: Remote (from anywhere in the world)

Tasks:

• Development of Oracle PL/SQL / PostgreSQL PL/pgSQL software code • Database design and optimization • SQL query optimization, including for high-load applications • Data and code migration from Oracle to PostgreSQL • Development for financial applications • Report development (Crystal Reports, JasperSoft iReport, Jasper Studio)

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience with relational DBMS (Oracle / PostgreSQL) • Database design experience • Ability to optimize SQL queries • Experience in developing for financial applications or basic knowledge of the subject area • Desire and ability to work with AI tools (Claude Code / Cursor / Codex) • Experience with SVN, Git

Will be a plus:

• Familiarity with Oracle RAC, Oracle Data Guard, Oracle Golden Gate • Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Informix, MSSQL Server, DB2 • Basics of Oracle DBMS administration • Experience in UNIX/Linux • Development experience in Python, Java, C++ • Conversational English
