Android Developer (Kotlin)

☑️ Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Android applications in Kotlin under the guidance of more experienced developers
- Implement new functionality and refine existing screens and components
- Work with UI in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
- Integrate the application with REST API
- Work with Kotlin Coroutines and Flow
- Participate in testing, debugging, and bug fixing
- Participate in task discussions and decomposition with the team
- Maintain technical documentation
- Interact with developers, analysts, and designers
- Gradually dive into the application architecture and modern Android development approaches
☑️ Candidate Requirements
- Basic or solid knowledge of Kotlin
- Understanding of Android SDK fundamentals
- Familiarity with Jetpack Compose
- Understanding of core Android application development principles
- Basic understanding of MVVM and Clean Architecture approaches
- Familiarity with Kotlin Coroutines and Flow
- Understanding of REST API principles
- Ability to work with Git
- Willingness to understand existing code and learn new technologies
- Responsibility, attention to detail, and a desire to grow in mobile development
- Ability to work in a team and openly discuss arising issues
Will be a plus:
- Have already developed own Android applications or pet projects
- Published an application on Google Play or worked on a project close to production
- Interested in the modern Android development stack and follow the development of Kotlin and Jetpack
- Want to grow into a Middle developer and gradually take on more responsibility
