We are looking for a Senior/Senior+ DevOps Engineer for the digital goods marketplace team.

Tech stack: Kubernetes, Nginx, PostgreSQL, KVM/libvirt/Proxmox, encryption, Kafka, Redis, ClickHouse, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus, CephFS. For automation, we use Python, Bash, JS. The broader the technical outlook and deeper the experience — the better. We are ready to consider overqualified candidates and discuss corresponding terms.

What you will be doing

• supporting and developing production infrastructure;
• working with Kubernetes and related infrastructure;
• analyzing complex production incidents and finding root causes;
• focusing on performance, fault tolerance, and scalability;
• working with PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, ClickHouse, Elasticsearch, and other infrastructure components;
• developing monitoring and observability through Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, and Elasticsearch;
• working with virtualization and storage;
• automating routine operations;
• interacting with developers and bringing infrastructure tasks to completion.

What is important

• we are looking for not just a DevOps engineer "for setting up pipelines and reporting," but a strong engineer who can independently understand and solve a problem;
• confident knowledge of Kubernetes;
• strong Linux / infrastructure background;
• experience with PostgreSQL;
• experience with KVM/libvirt/Proxmox or similar virtualization;
• understanding of networks, storage, and security;
• experience with production troubleshooting;
• Prometheus/Grafana and other observability tools;
• Bash/Python;
• ability to make independent technical decisions.
• Experience with Kafka, Redis, ClickHouse, Elasticsearch, CephFS, CI/CD, IaC, and highload will be a big plus.

How we work Teams are small, decisions are made as close to development and product as possible. DevOps for us is an engineering function, not a reporting production service. We don't build our work around KPIs for the sake of KPIs and don't create unnecessary bureaucracy between developers, product, and infrastructure. We need a person who sees a problem, analyzes it themselves, and brings the solution to completion.

Conditions

• $5,000–8,000 per month depending on experience and skills;
• payment twice a month: the 5th — main part, the 20th — advance payment;

• paid vacation — 2 × 14 days per year;
• mini-vacations and days off for good performance;
• probation period — 1 month;
• after the probation period — full settlement according to the agreed range and employment;
• equipment, schedule, subscriptions, processes, bonuses, and on-call duties are discussed individually.

Relocation to LATAM We provide financial, legal, and consulting assistance. We do not directly process work visas.

Language Russian is the primary language of communication within the team. English is primarily needed for working with technical documentation, so a basic level is sufficient.
