Your responsibilities:
- Conducting a comprehensive training program: "Rust for Experienced Developers: Fintech and High-Load Systems".
- Reviewing and updating materials (presentations, task descriptions, code base, as materials may need updating).
What we expect from you:
- At least 3 years of Rust development experience (Senior / Team Lead).
- Knowledge of the language's capabilities, syntax, microservice architecture specifics, etc.
- Desire to share experience and knowledge with others.
- Eloquent speech, ability to explain complex things in simple language.
- Teaching, public speaking, or методические materials development experience will be a plus.
