Role Essence: Hands-on leadership. A lead who actively writes code, builds architecture, reviews code, and acts as an equal technical partner for the PO and Finance.

Format: Hybrid (Rotterdam, Netherlands).

Tasks:

• Lead the technical development of the Billing Squad: from architectural decisions to release.
• Write production code, conduct code reviews, keep the stack up-to-date.
• Together with the PO, decompose tasks into MVPs, assess risks, and monitor technical debt.
• Be responsible for system stability, SLA, and incident handling.
• Mentor developers and participate in hiring.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of development in .NET / C#, including 2+ years in a Team/Tech Lead role.
• Practice with SOLID, TDD, DDD, Event Sourcing, CQRS.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Docker, and microservice architecture.
• English from B2 (ability to formulate technical requirements without PO involvement).
• "Get-it-done" culture: attention to edge cases, responsibility for results.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in FinTech, Billing, ERP, or knowledge of accounting/VAT.
• Stack: C#, .NET, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, AWS, Docker, Redis, Elasticsearch.
