Alpha Team is a young and established media buying team with expertise in the iGaming vertical. The team has already gone through the formation stage and is now in the reorganization phase, strengthening internal processes and scalability.

Full infrastructure is in place: BDM, technical specialists, proprietary bot for creating creatives. Cost buyers include only spend and a low agency fee.

We are looking for a specialist who: • has at least a year of experience in Facebook / iGaming; • is confident in working with large advertising budgets and understands how to turn traffic into stable results; • important to have up-to-date case studies of campaigns on international markets; • can independently build a full work cycle: from generating hypotheses and testing creatives to scaling campaigns and in-depth analytics; • is confident in navigating trackers, analytical services, and other tools, as well as being proactive — someone who doesn't wait for tasks but finds growth points and enhances results themselves.
