An arbitrage team is looking for a Team Lead Designer to manage and coordinate the design direction.

📍 Remote 🌍 International team

What's important: ▪️ experience managing a team of designers; ▪️ understanding of gambling / affiliate / media buying; ▪️ control of deadlines and quality of work; ▪️ organization of workflow and processes; ▪️ interaction with the media buying team; ▪️ ability to work in a dynamic environment;

There are already designers on the team — now we are looking for someone to help strengthen the processes, coordination, and management within the design team.

Will be a plus: ✅ affiliate/gambling experience ✅ experience working with performance creatives ✅ technical English
