We are looking for a technical leader for autotesting with Java. A "player-coach" role: you will write autotests yourself and, in parallel, build technical guidance for several autotesters.

🧭 Who we are looking for: • Lead, Team Lead level • Industries: banking, fintech, e-commerce, retail, telecom

💰 Salary: from 350,000 ₽ 🌍 Location: remote across Russia, work within Moscow time (+/- 2 hours) ⚡️ Important: "player-coach" role — write autotests and build technical guidance for several autotesters

🛠 What you will be doing: — lead and develop general testing standards and methodologies — mentor and train testers and automation and manual testing teams — implement and control unified testing approaches across several teams — test critically important and complex solutions, participate in the creation of test documentation — analyze requirements and develop test scenarios — review test documentation and autotests — interact with development teams, analysts, and stakeholders — continuously develop and implement new testing technologies — mentor and develop testers, train teams in new practices and tools

📋 What’s important to have: — higher education in IT, programming, or testing — testing experience — from 4–5 years — manual testing experience — from 1 year — Tech Lead AQA / Team Lead AQA / Head of AQA — from 2–3 years — deep understanding of testing processes, methodologies, and standards — understanding of system integration methods (synchronous/asynchronous, via bus), experience with REST/SOAP API, JSON/XML formats — ability to mentor and train a team — autotest code review skills — knowledge of test management and documentation systems — good communication and leadership skills — automation experience (Selenium, Postman, JUnit, TestNG, REST Assured, etc.) — experience with Rabbit MQ and Kafka — experience with Jira, Confluence — database knowledge, ability to write SQL queries (SELECT/JOIN/UPDATE/DELETE)
