📍 Remote 📅 Start: September (possible earlier) ⏳ Duration: Minimum 12 months 🌍 Languages: Polish (B2+) & English (B2+)

We're looking for an experienced Principal Azure/.NET Solution Architect to lead the modernization of a large business-critical .NET/Azure platform. This is a hands-on architecture role requiring close collaboration with engineering teams and senior business stakeholders.

✅ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering / Solution Architecture
• Strong expertise in .NET / C# / ASP.NET Core
• Deep knowledge of Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Front Door, Redis, Service Bus, Key Vault, Application Insights, CI/CD)
• Experience modernizing monolithic systems into modular architectures
• Strong background in APIs, integrations, security, observability and production readiness
• Experience working with CTO/CIO-level stakeholders

⭐ Nice to Have

• DDD, CQRS, Event-Driven Architecture
• Insurance, FinTech or other regulated industries
• Experience designing highly scalable enterprise platforms
