Requirements
- SEO Expertise
- Min. 3 years of commercial SEO experience
- Min. 1 year in a leadership role in iGaming
- Deep understanding of search engine principles
- Expert understanding of Google ranking factors and algorithms + ability to respond to updates
- Experience developing and implementing SEO strategies
- Experience working in highly competitive niches
- Ability to analyze traffic dynamics, identify the causes of traffic drops, and formulate a recovery plan
- Experience working with iGaming projects: blockages, dropped domains, migrations, satellite sites, cloaking
- Ability to conduct technical audits and properly assign tasks to developers
- A/B testing of SEO hypotheses: formulation, implementation, evaluation
- Strategic Thinking
- Ability to develop a long-term SEO strategy
- Understanding of SEO impact on business metrics
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and implement them
- Ability to make strategic decisions based on data
