Project: GIS “Unified Centralized Digital Platform in the Social Sphere”
The Unified Centralized Platform is the largest federal project for the automation and reengineering of the social sphere:
- Over 100 thousand internal users
- Over 50 million external users
- Microservice architecture
- Event-driven data processing model
- 5.5 PB of data stored and processed in real-time
- Over 5,000 system requests per second
Responsibilities:
- Planning and managing development for new functionality creation tasks;
- Ensuring provided services comply with customer requirements (SLA);
- Increasing customer satisfaction with the quality of services provided;
- Providing and submitting reports;
- Project risk management;
- Managing customer expectations and project scope;
- Change management in projects;
- Managing project budgets, ensuring achievement of planned financial project indicators;
- Planning and managing communications, both within project teams and with the Customer and partners;
- Developing commercial proposals for new projects;
- Preparing and conducting presentations for the Customer, organizing pre-sales activities during sales;
- Working with contracts and other legal documents within project activities: preparation, approval;
Requirements:
- Experience with information systems in positions related to project management, part of a project, or a direction;
- Experience working with government customers;
- Experience in communication with large customers, preparation and conducting negotiations, conflict management;
- Experience in development projects.
