Java Backend Developer
What you will be doing
- Developing new functionality and improving existing services
- Participating in task estimation and refinement with analysts
- Implementing solutions using Java and Spring Boot
- Analyzing and fixing defects
- Discussing technical solutions and architecture
Our requirements for candidates
- Commercial Java development experience of 3+ years
- Solid knowledge of Spring Boot
- Understanding of OOP and SOLID principles
- Experience developing REST APIs
- Experience with Spring Data JPA / Hibernate
- Understanding of multithreading and practical experience using it
- Basic understanding of JVM internals (memory, Garbage Collector)
- Experience with Git, Maven, or Gradle
- Experience with relational databases
Will be an advantage:
- Spring Security
- Spring Boot Actuator
- Docker
- Kafka or RabbitMQ
- JUnit, Mockito, Testcontainers
- Prometheus and Grafana
