Responsibilities
- Performing dynamic application testing (fuzzing), analyzing and fixing identified vulnerabilities;
- Code instrumentation and writing hooks for modules in C/C++, Python, Golang;
- Working with AFLplusplus, ISP Crusher, Svace tools;
- Participating in the implementation of Ideco UTM product security features and the Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) process;
- Analyzing static analyzer alerts and fixing identified vulnerabilities;
- Manual and automated scanning of product modules against CVE databases.
Requirements
- Ability to write scripts in Bash/Python.
- Understanding of C\C++ code (and ability to write patches), middle level.
- Linux administration skills.
- Basic understanding of the network stack.
- Interest in the field of information security and development.
- Desirable experience in performing static and dynamic analysis.
