Senior BI Analyst**
We are developing the company's analytical platform and strengthening our BI direction. We are looking for a strong Senior BI Analyst to become a full-fledged business partner and help make data-driven decisions.
We already have a basic analytical infrastructure in place, and the team is currently in the active scaling phase. The data volume is growing, the number of internal analytics users is increasing, and there are more and more tasks related to developing a self-service approach, standardizing metrics, and improving data quality.
Location: Limassol (Cyprus)
Responsibilities
- Collect and formalize business requirements from internal customers
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards, analytical reports, and data marts
- Analyze product and business metrics, identify growth opportunities and problem areas
- Prepare analytical conclusions and recommendations for the business
- Automate regular reporting and reduce manual processes
- Control data quality and participate in the development of a unified metrics layer
- Write and optimize SQL queries for working with large data volumes
- Interact with the Data Engineering team on data structure and sources
- Develop BI infrastructure, analytical standards, and self-service analytics
We expect
- 3-5 years of experience as a BI Analyst/Data Analyst/Product Analyst
- Advanced SQL skills
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Superset (preferably Tableau)
- Practical experience in building dashboards and management reports
- Understanding of DWH, ETL/ELT, and data modeling principles
- Experience working with large data volumes
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with product and business metrics
- Ability to interact with business and internal customers.
