π Seeking a Project Manager (Office Facilities) in Limassol! District - Germasogeia. Responsibilities include technical maintenance and support of and contractor coordination.
What's important: β’ experience working with contractors/builders and managing documentation; β’ experience conducting tenders; β’ strong project management and deadline management skills; β’ experience in construction / as a construction engineer or technical specialist β a big plus; β’ experience with HVAC β will also be an advantage.
