Our team is focused on developing the data platform within the "People and Culture" business unit.

The Data products we create are the foundation for comprehensive HR analytics, in-depth human resource research, and the development of effective ML models. They help make informed decisions based on real data.

We are looking for a strong data engineer for a project to create Data products within the analytical data warehouse.

Responsibilities

⎯ Designing and implementing ETL/ELT processes

⎯ Optimizing queries, data storage, and processing approaches

⎯ Developing data management and data quality processes

⎯ Ensuring the stability of data pipelines

Requirements

⎯ Experience with ClickHouse

⎯ High level of SQL proficiency

⎯ Knowledge of data warehouse modeling methodologies

⎯ Experience designing data models for specific requirements

⎯ Experience using ETL tools and orchestrators (Airflow)

⎯ Experience building data quality control systems

Will be a plus:

⎯ Skills in using MPP, experience with Trino, Spark

⎯ Python programming skills

⎯ Experience with Apache Iceberg

⎯ Experience with BI tools, product analytics

⎯ Linux OS administration skills

⎯ Application deployment experience
