ML Engineer

🚀 We are looking for an ML Engineer in the field of generative AI

We are developing a platform with AI characters: chat and highly realistic visual content. We are looking for a strong engineer who will train generative models and bring them to production.

What you will be doing:

• Training generative models for images, video, and text;
• Improving the quality of video generation: character consistency, temporal stability;
• Managing LLM behavior (fine-tuning, guardrails, tool use);
• Building model evaluation systems and optimizing inference pipelines;
• Deploying models into production, setting up MLOps.

What we expect: ✔️ 3+ years of experience in ML; ✔️ Serious experience with diffusion models and LLMs; ✔️ PyTorch/TensorFlow, strong Python; ✔️ Experience deploying models to production with GPU deployment.

Will be a plus: RLHF/DPO, agent systems, red teaming, multi-modal models, MLOps/CI-CD.
