Fullstack Developer

☑️ What you will be doing
- Developing server logic and APIs, implementing individual Python backend logic modules for mobile and transport network automation tasks. Creating and maintaining REST APIs for interaction with the frontend and external systems. Handling input data validation, error processing.
- Developing user interfaces, creating and maintaining web interfaces on React, integrating UI with the backend via REST API, fixing bugs and improving user interface usability.
- Working with databases, writing SQL queries, working with ORM (SQLAlchemy) for standard CRUD operations. Using Redis as a cache or temporary data storage. Preparing basic migrations.
- Working with Git and managing the code lifecycle. Working with Git repositories (GitLab), adhering to the accepted Git-flow. Interacting with GitLab CI/CD: analyzing pipeline results, fixing errors related to own code.
- Technical support and inter-team collaboration, close interaction with the technical block (Telecom): engineers, testers, and related teams on integration issues. Analyzing incidents and errors within your area of responsibility. Fixing bugs and participating in performance optimization of individual functions.
☑️ Our requirements for candidates
- Experience: at least 4 years of frontend development with TypeScript and at least 5 years of backend development (relevant language: Python or Go).
- Languages and frameworks: expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and the required backend language (Python or Go), deep understanding of internal workings and frameworks.
- Architecture and scalability: experience in designing and implementing high-load distributed systems, microservice architecture, sharding/replication, and fault-tolerant storage.
- Performance and optimization: code and architecture optimization (V8, profilers, SQL query optimization, ClickHouse), React rendering optimization skills, and build optimization (Webpack/Vite/Babel).
- Typing and codebase: ability to create and maintain large codebases, advanced types in TypeScript, tsconfig configuration, best practices for React component typing.
- Reliability, testing, and CI/CD: experience in building test suites (unit/E2E), automated testing, CI/CD, release process, and project lifecycle support; incident management experience.
- Security and DevOps skills: solid understanding of application security, containerization/Kubernetes, monitoring/logging, Linux, and experience with queues/brokers.
