🎯We’re looking for an **Office Manager **who enjoys taking care of people, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and making everyday office life smooth and enjoyable.

What you'll be working on: – Creating a comfortable and welcoming office environment for the team; – Managing day-to-day office operations, suppliers, inventory, catering and employee requests; – Organizing and supporting internal events, team activities and office initiatives; – Coordinating office logistics, purchases and other administrative tasks; – Continuously improving the overall employee and office experience.

What we expect from you: – At least 2 years of experience in Office Management, Administration, Workplace Experience or a similar role; – Fluent English and Greek; Russian will be as plus advantage; – Hands-on experience with office operations, suppliers, purchasing, logistics, event organization, travel support, and administrative tasks; – A genuine people-oriented mindset and willingness to help others; – Strong organizational skills, attention to details and the ability to keep multiple tasks under control; – Proactive and independent approach — you notice what needs to be done and take ownership of it; – Flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to different operational and employee needs.
