We build WebView applications. We work directly with the business owner – no bureaucracy or unnecessary approvals.

Our team consists of 4 micro-teams, 6 iOS developers, and we handle 100+ submissions per month. Applications have a short lifespan, and we have data, analytics, and insights into why this happens. We need someone who can turn this into a system.

This role is not for everyone

We are looking for someone who:

• has released many applications and knows what a factory is
• has worked when the App Store actively hinders your progress
• knows the terms post-monitoring, binary similarities, pattern detection – and knows them from experience, not from articles

The main task is survival

Each application must be architecturally unique.
Code, frameworks, network behavior, WebView logic – nothing should be repeated.

It is necessary to generate hypotheses, test, and implement.
Monitor patterns within the team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead 6 iOS developers
• Make each application architecturally unique (code, frameworks, network behavior, WebView)
• Generate hypotheses, conduct A/B tests on survival
• Implement automation and AI in development
• Work with AppsFlyer and attribution
• Create documentation for fast onboarding

We will not consider candidates without:

• Real-world experience in WebView iOS – not just theory
• Understanding of how Apple detects patterns
• Application factory experience – from 50 submissions/month
• Deep knowledge of WKWebView – beyond just "open URL"
• Practical experience with AppsFlyer
• Team management experience
