Alfa-Bank invites Creators to join the team, who will be responsible for social media content about Alfa-Future projects and developing their own blogs.
The educational program for creators includes one month of online training, three days in Moscow, and 9 months of practice. Become an Alfa-Future creator and develop your social media presence through content.
In the program, you will:
- Master content creation and promotion tools
- Add a case study of working with a brand to your portfolio
- Receive a scholarship — ₽5000 per month
Who we are looking for:
- Students enrolled in one of 300 partner universities, any faculty
- Maintain a blog and regularly publish content
- Actively participate in university student life

How it works:
Until July 15. Creative task:
- Apply and complete a creative task: record a short video and answer a few questions. The task requires time— we recommend not to postpone it until the last day
July 1 – 31. Online Training:
- Master the basics of content creation, reinforce new knowledge with practical tasks, and get a chance to be selected for offline training in Moscow. Learn at your own pace — all training is asynchronous
Three days between August 24 and 31. Training in Moscow:
- An offline stage with flights, accommodation, and meals covered by us — meet the team and prepare for the main program phase:
- Training from Alfa experts and partners
- Plenty of practice
- Idea generation workshop on real Alfa-Future tasks
September 1 – May 31. Main Program:
- Learn, create materials about Alfa-Future projects, and develop your blog
