Java Developer (Lease Processes and Agreements)
The team is engaged in automating business processes in real estate management. The task involves integrating existing products into processes and actively collaborating with other teams to implement enhancements.
The core of the system is the Platform V Flow solution – a visual BPM system for automating and managing business processes.
Responsibilities
- developing application programs (JAVA)
- finding the best solutions in collaboration with designers and analysts
- estimating task complexity, participating in planning;
- writing unit tests
- mentoring (developing tech skills) of interns
- interacting with developers and other teams in an Agile format.
Requirements
- higher education
- at least two years of experience as a developer in software development/modification/implementation projects using Java tools and technologies
- experience with the specified Java technologies: Spring, Hibernate, Gradle, JMS, JAX-WS, Junit
- experience in team development using Confluence and Jira software products
- experience working with both waterfall and agile (Agile/DevOps) development methodologies
- experience with a low-code platform (e.g., Platform V Flow, Camunda)
- skills in working with generative AI models; experience creating AI agents and using them in work will be an advantage
- experience using GigaChat, Kandinsky, and similar tools in products, skills in creating and using AI agents
- instrumental use of AI for analysis, generation, and automation.
