Responsibilities
- Create and develop existing company services in Python and Go
- Write code directly
- Manage the backend development team
- Recruit, hire, mentor, and develop the backend team
- Communicate with business, analysts, QA
- Participate in the formation of the project architecture
- Find, study, and implement new technologies
Requirements
- Experience in development with Python 3.X;
- Deep understanding of the Python language, its strengths and weaknesses;
- Experience with aiohttp/Sanic/FastAPI;
- Deep understanding of OOP principles and design patterns;
- Deep understanding of relational databases (indexes, triggers, experience in optimizing and profiling queries);
- Experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka;
- Practical skills in Docker, Kubernetes;
- Confident knowledge of network protocols and standards (HTTP, UDP, REST, etc.)
- Team management experience.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in implementing projects built on a microservices architecture;
- Experience in writing microservices in Go;
- Experience with Grafana stack.
Will be a plus:
- Experience working on large projects with a mixed set of technologies;
- Experience in the delivery or e-commerce sector;
- Experience with big data.
