Trainee Analyst

☑️ Responsibilities
- Full cycle of creating AI solutions: from gathering requirements and forming a concept to launch
- Logic design: development of algorithms, sequences of actions, and prompts for AI agents
- Development: independent assembly and configuration of agents on the company's internal platform
- Task assignment: description of technical requirements for platform refinement by developers
☑️ Candidate Requirements
- Analytical thinking: ability to structure unsystematized information, identify cause-and-effect relationships, and decompose complex business processes to the level of simple algorithms
- Basic knowledge in data handling: understanding of data storage principles and mechanisms for their transfer between information systems
- Attention to detail: high degree of responsibility when working with requirements, meticulousness, striving for detailed study of the root cause of a problem (root cause analysis)
- Intellectual curiosity: high motivation to solve complex, non-standard tasks and search for optimal architectural solutions
- Will be a plus:
- SQL skills: ability to write basic database queries (Postgres)
- Technical outlook
- Interest in AI: desire to study the principles of LLM operation and design intelligent agents
- Fast learning ability: readiness to quickly master new software and internal company platforms
