We are looking for a DevOps engineer who will develop infrastructure, monitor Production environments, and be responsible for incident response. This is not a corporate role with long processes — we have an almost-startup culture where proactivity and ownership are important. Product: AI models

What you will be doing:

1. Infrastructure and environments • Development and support of infrastructure • Production support: admin panels and internal technical resources • Working with environment variables, Ansible playbooks, application builds
2. Monitoring and alerting • Setup and maintenance of monitoring and alerting systems • Mandatory incident response — you cannot see a problem and ignore it • Improving monitoring coverage
3. Release cycle • Assistance with release deployments • Working with GitHub Actions and preparing builds
4. Incident response • Public notification of the problem • Setting a timeframe for resolution

Tech stack: Orchestration: Ansible, Docker, Docker Swarm Monitoring and logs: Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, VictoriaLogs, InfluxDB, Sentry Databases and HA: Patroni Scripts and secrets: Bash, Infisical Network: Cloudflare CI/CD: GitHub, GitHub Actions Servers: OVH, DigitalOcean, Cherry Servers

We are looking for someone who: • Is proactive — responds to alerts on their own and sees incidents through to completion • Is comfortable working at a startup pace — without long corporate processes • Can communicate during an incident — notifies, sets a timer, returns with a solution or a clear request for help • After resolution, suggests ways to prevent recurrence • Is proficient in the stack (Ansible, Docker/Swarm, monitoring) or can quickly learn it

Requirements: • Experience with Ansible and Docker / Docker Swarm • Experience setting up monitoring and alerting • Understanding of how to manage an incident from detection to closure

Will be a plus: • Experience with Grafana / VictoriaMetrics / VictoriaLogs / Sentry • Experience with Patroni, Cloudflare, GitHub Actions • Experience in startups, fintech, messengers, or social networks
