System Analyst
We are looking for a System Analyst for a stable fintech company in Uzbekistan.

Responsibilities:
- Analysis and documentation of the company's existing services and integrations.
- Collection and formalization of functional/non-functional requirements, preparation of technical specifications.
- Description of system interaction, APIs, and data flows (SOAP/REST).
- Modeling of processes and domain entities (BPMN/UML).
- Participation in the development of technical solutions, architecture, and partner integrations.
- Preparation of test scenarios and documentation for external users.
- Analysis of risks and causes of errors during the development stage.
We expect:
- At least 3 years of experience as a System/Business Analyst in the IT sector (banks, fintech, telecom, integrators);
- Proficiency in BPMN and UML, ability to formalize processes and requirements;
- Practical experience in describing integrations and APIs: REST/SOAP, sequence diagram, XSD, JSON Schema;
- Understanding of message broker principles (RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka);
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Enterprise Architect tools;
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and development management approaches (Agile, Kanban, etc.), including experience in decomposing large tasks;
- Basic SQL skills for data analysis and verification.
