About Peety Peety turns any neighborhood market in the UAE into a fully ordering-enabled store inside WhatsApp.

Must-haves:

• 6+ years Full stack engineering; deep Node.js/TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Redis, queue-based architectures,Python, Django.
• Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and database design.
• Solid understanding and practical use of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Background in building high-availability, high-scale systems, ideally in real-time messaging or e-commerce environments.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices, authentication/authorization, and data privacy requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Shipped production systems on the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) — or equivalent depth on Meta Graph APIs with fast proof you can close the gap.
• Shipped LLM features to production: RAG, prompt/context management, eval-driven iteration, cost/latency optimization.
• Webhook-scale distributed systems: idempotency, retries, exactly-once effects, sub-5-second ack budgets.

Strong pluses

• WhatsApp catalogs/commerce: MPMs, native cart, order webhooks, Commerce Manager batch/feeds, Embedded Signup / Tech Provider setup.
