Full-stack / Future CTO

Seeking an experienced Full-stack / future CTO for our team 🚀

We need a partner for the team, not an employee. The format is stock options/share! We're looking for an initiative-taking and active person who will also be passionate about the project and go through fire and water with us. Conditions and responsibilities will be discussed in person.

The product is in the IT direction for the automotive business. We already have a working MVP. Feedback from future users is available. We need a person with practical LLM experience who will understand the current code, stabilize the product, and design the further architecture: backend, frontend, application, and AI processing.

Main tasks: data normalization, comparing model responses with source data, and error correction. We need to eliminate gaps, duplicates, and contradictions, build a clear architecture, tests, and quality control.
