Responsibilities
What you will do:
- organize the technical and operational maintenance of the Bank's real estate properties: maintenance and repair of engineering systems and equipment, internal and external cleaning, and repair of premises
- travel to the Bank's real estate properties in Kaluga and the Kaluga region to identify problem areas and organize work with contractor organizations for the operation of real estate properties
- work in specialized software to submit work requests and control property
- participate in the investigation of accidents and incidents within the area of responsibility.
Requirements

- experience in operating engineering systems for over 3 years
- knowledge of the principles of cleaning organization
- knowledge of regulatory documentation in the field of real estate operation.
