We are developing the Prionex CRM and ecosystem. We are looking for an engineer who can independently understand tasks, propose solutions, and bring them to production, using AI as their primary work tool.

Responsibilities:

• 🛠 Develop CRM — from backend to interface, tests, and post-release verification
• 🤖 Use AI agents for code exploration, development, review, and documentation
• 🧠 Configure agent context, skills, and tool access via MCP and API
• 🔍 Analyze third-party code, error causes, and database queries
• ⚙️ Automate routine tasks: task breakdown, bug fixes, corrections, verification

Requirements:

• ✅ Fullstack experience: Node.js / Python / React
• ✅ Confident work with backend, SQL, API, and integrations
• ✅ Claude Code / Codex on real projects
• ✅ Spec-Driven Development (SDD) — mandatory
• ✅ Docker, CI/CD, migrations, security with secrets
• ✅ Willingness to analyze tasks at technical meetings using your own AI tools

Bonus Points:

• ➕ Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Playwright, Grafana, Loki
• ➕ Own MCP integrations and agent automation
